At approximately 21:25 hours, Company 16 was dispatched to a reported building fire at 12th and Main. Ladder 16 responded promptly and was notified en route that this would be a working fire. Upon arrival, Ladder 16 was the first due ladder on scene.

Yeadon Fire Company firefighter provided assistance to Darby Fire Co. #1 Station 4 with a working fire. Squad 16 crew contributed to fire suppression efforts. Engine 16 established a secondary water supply, and also assisted with fire suppression and overhaul.

The company was in service for approximately 2 hours.

Ladder 16 responded with a crew of 6 and arrived on scene as the FDT of a working fire on the second floor, ladder 16 crew conducted primary searches, Ladder 16 OV VES the second floor and provided vertical ventilation.
