At approximately 21:25 hours, Company 16 was dispatched to a reported building fire at 12th and Main. Ladder 16 responded promptly and was notified en route that this would be a working fire. Upon arrival, Ladder 16 was the first due ladder on scene.

Personnel from Ladder 16 initiated primary searches, performed ventilation operations, and conducted outside vent man (OVM) duties. The crew remained on scene for over two hours to assist with suppression and overhaul operations.
